JMlab products carry a non-transferable, limited warranty for parts and labor against manufacturing defects. Audio Plus Services will repair all defective product within its warranty period. The original bill of sale from an authorized US dealer is required for any warranty repair.

For a warranty repair, the end-user/retailer the cost of insured shipping to Audio Plus, while Audio Plus pays the shipping back to the return address. JMlab products also require an RA number issued by Audio Plus as well as their original packaging. Failure to respect these conditions releases Audio Plus of responsability against loss or damage to the unit.
