| The Dream Vision Warranty: Dream Vision products carry a non-transferable, limited warranty for parts and labor against manufacturing defects. Audio Plus Services will repair all defective product within its warranty period. The original bill of sale from an authorized US dealer is required for any warranty repair. For a warranty repair, the end-user/retailer incurs the cost of insured shipping to Audio Plus, while Audio Plus pays the shipping back to the return address. DV products require an RA number issued by Audio Plus as well as their original packaging. Please contact Audio Plus for any questions on Dream Vision warranty issues; for example, Plasma units MUST be shipped vertically and strapped securely to a skid. Failure to respect these conditions releases Audio Plus of responsability against loss or damage to the unit. A plasma display panel consists of fine picture elements (cells). Although Dream Vision produces panels with more than 99.99% active cells, it is normal if there are some cells that do not produce light or remain lit. Remember to protect your warranty; you can only buy from an authorized US Dream Vision dealer for an Audio Plus warranty.
